Our greatest hope is that everything will go smoothly and the conference will happen as planned and that your life will allow you to participate fully. That said, there are expenses associated with putting on this conference and if an unforeseen event prevents us from holding the conference we cannot guarantee that you will have 100% of your registration fee returned. However we will make every effort to return as much as possible to you.
If you cancel the following guidelines will pertain:
Cancellation Policy:
100% refund 60 days prior (less a $25.00 processing fee)
75% refund 30-59 days prior (less a $25.00 processing fee)
50% refund 15-29 days prior (less a $25.00 processing fee)
0% refund 0-14 or fewer days prior
(unless you are able to fill your spot, then arrangements will be made to provide a refund to you, less a processing fee of $25.00)
