Wild Plant Series

Food and Medicine in the Field and Forest

Join us for these 4 fun sessions that will take you through the seasons!

May 18, June 15, July 20, October 6, 2013 (9am-6:00pm)

This program is open to both men and women!

Join Linda Conroy and John Holzwart for these inspiring day long workshops. Participants will learn to forage for food and medicine of each season. We will learn approaches to storing plants for later use as well as plant identification, ethical wildcrafting, techniques for harvesting, processing and more! The focus of each session will be on what is available during that particular season. We will prepare a whole and wild food meal together during each session as part of the hands on learning experience. We encourage participation in all 4 sessions. If you register for single session, please be aware we will not spend a lot of time repeating what was covered in previous sessions. With that understanding, you can participate in one or all 4 sessions for a comprehensive learning experience.

Workshops include instruction, supplies, handouts with recipes, a whole and wild food meal and much more!

This program takes place in or near Sheboygan, WI. Participants will be given instructions on meeting locations shortly before each session.

 Single Session: $90.00

Sign up for all 4 and pay only: $320.00
