We infuse fresh aromatic lavender flowers in local raw honey for 6 weeks or longer. When the lavender is strained out, the remaining honey is delicious and imbued with amazing flavor. This honey can be added to tea, baked goods beverages, and much more. One of our favorite beverages to drink before we go to bed is warm lavender milk.
