Cancellation Policy

Program Refund Policy

It is our hope that all will go well so everyone will be able to participate in Moonwise Herbs Programs. If we cancel for any reason your money will be refunded in full. In case of your own unforeseen circumstances that lead you to cancel, the following applies:

  • 100% refund 30+ days prior (less a $25.00 processing fee)

  • 75% refund 15-29 days prior

  • 50% refund 7-15 days prior

  • 0% refund 6 or fewer days prior and once the program has begun

​

If you are able to find someone else to fill your spot, then arrangements will be made to provide a refund to you (less a $25.00 processing fee) once your replacement has completed payment.

For the 8 month certificate program the program deposit is nonrefundable once applicants complete their phone interview and accept a space in the program. If you have been offered a payment plan, you will be asked to write up a statement committing to pay the balance even if you withdraw from the program.


Product Refund Policy

No returns or refunds on consumable products. Contact rosemarygoddess@moonwiseherbs.com for information on returns of books or other non-consumable goods.
