Deepen your sensory and botany skills with Midwest Women’s Herbal founder and organizer, Linda Conroy during this engaging two day intensive! This program is designed for herbal enthusiasts, herbalists, foragers and anyone seeking a deeper connection to the green world. You will be offered guidance on creative approaches to increase your identification, observation, and sensory skills; an enrichment of your botany skills with a focus on identifying and classifying plants by their traits and growth, and ways to utilize sensory skills of observation, touch, smell, hearing, and taste to study plants.
This intensive will help participants expand their knowledge through playful and engaging observation exercises, sensory experiences and utilizing plant keys. Participants will leave with skill-building techniques, feeling more confident and excited to expand their understanding of the plant world.
