Explore the world of Herbal First Aid with Linda Conroy as she guides you through practical applications in this comprehensive workshop. Learn the ways in which herbs can be utilized for common cuts, scrapes, and other minor occurrences, as well as how to prepare and use herbal remedies. She will also discuss how to assess your skill level and discern when medical intervention is needed. You will leave this class with newfound confidence and knowledge, in addition to a basic herbal first aid kit assembled by your own capable hands! We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and dressing in layers, part of this class will be spent outdoors.
