About the event

In this interactive workshop, we will delve into the digestive system and learn how to optimally support its health. A range of approaches will be covered, from digestive bitters, fermented foods and beverages, pre and probiotics, to enlisting herbal tonics and other remedies to promote the digestive system and its supporting organs. Herbalist Linda Conroy will share guiding principals for incorporating herbs and nourishing foods into your daily routine. Be prepared with an apron for the hands on part of this class and a small container to take your herbal remedies and herbal ferments home!
