Seeds in The Kitchen & Apothecary

Virtual, free, open to all Herb Society of America members.  While seeds are made for planting; they also are a food and medicine source. We regularly eat seeds in our diet and herbalists often enlist them for their healing qualities. Linda will offer tips for harvesting, storing, and preparing seeds for food and medicine.
