About the event
Yoga and Meditation will be the focus of this three-hour Pre-Conference Workshop, including the Vinyasa Flow style of yoga as well as Gentle/Restorative Yoga. There will also be guided meditation and the study of Yogic Philosophy and Yogic Breathing.
